I gotta tell ya, if I didn't get anything more out of this video (and I did) that this father and son are talking and relating to each other on such a comfortable adult level, it would have been more than enough. Thank u.

You guys never miss a beat. Between you guys and Dr. K from HealthyGamer, I'm able to wrap my head around my head. I've gained so much clarity on how I am and how I can grow into a healthier human. Even in the way you respectfully interact with each other is wonderful and a great example of how to engage deeply. You guys are saving lives ❤️

This episode found me smiling as I remembered what Wayne Dyer said about the "shoulds" and "musts" we put upon ourselves. He said (paraphrasing), "Let's stop "shoulding" on ourselves.😂. At another point he asked, "Why are we always 'musturbating'....I MUST do this or I MUST do that."🤣 I love catching people with this and seeing their initial shock before clarifying. A sense of humor is crucial, in my opinion.😜 Thank you for your ongoing excellent content!🙏🏻

So very helpful. I think I have been stuck for quite sometime now within my mind. I think it's time I looked right left and back and realized I am the one holding the Cage. Beautifully presented

This podcast has me feel so seen and feel so much compassion for myself in the process of changing my outside life. Since the beginning of my healing process, mountains have moved in my internal world and now I feel like I am stuck in a very incongruent life. Thanks Forrest and rick for all your podcasts.

I'm new to your series and grateful to see a healthy Father-Son partnership... *But can Pops PLEASE teach Son how to set your books on the shelf‽‽‽‽* That's just an example of how I fixate on quirks and irks and discredit / judge people because I want to believe your discussions can help me see my issues better, but I even doubt that ANYONE can help me 😮‍💨

he's stacked them that way because he has no book ends; the books will fall, without them😇 I agree, his way is not the most-correct but he's made do with what he had. See if you can take a lesson from that...❤

I’m sure he stacked them horizontally on purpose. You can even buy floating horizontal bookshelves to do the same, it can be an esthetic choice or a fun way to read the titles. I wouldn’t be annoyed with yourself for feeling annoyed with it, maybe it would be fun to sit and think why it bothers you exactly, how does it make you feel and why? And why is that? 😁
