great video for the forelock! I finally get how to finish it off :) I just about gagged when you said you do 40 + braids for a horse!!! I do 12-15 max!! hahaha but I also event and usually do ball/knot braids, I can see how the hunters would frown on my braids.

practice and see what looks good. That separator thing is great though, I have been using it for years. Sometimes with a shorter neck if you do more braids you can give the illusion on a longer neck :)

That wouldn't be as ideal, but it is possible. If your horse has a thick neck, make smaller braids, if it has a skinnier neck, thicker braids

It's easy! You know where she tied it in the middle of the braid, if you snip that with some scissors, the braid itself will fall out into the tails that you started with. Then just cut the knot at the bottom of the braid and unwind the braid. (:

  • @99flutter

olivia chine Really late but when you braid, only braid as long as you would if the mane was cut short. Put a rubber band around it / tie it off when you reach that length, and when you pull the bottom of the braid through the top, leave the unbraided hair loose through the back. When you go to do your next braid, leave the middle section thinner than the other two, and combine the leftover hair from the last braid into the current braid's middle section. Then you just repeat until you finish the mane. It's kinda hard to explain in text lol but I hope I helped somewhat.
