I know that feeling.

It seems that you got a tree from a company that thought ahead. Your box seems to have a little extra room. I have no trouble getting the tree in but it never closes all the way. I keep it in the garage and I don't want a mouse to get in the box.

Hmmm. We had a similar problem with the branches not fitting. We had to alternate the direction of the tree to get it to fit.

Place some strong smelling spices cinnamon, cloves etc. in the box. That will also keep away insects as well!

Thanks for your video…! The instructions didn’t give any hint of how to disassemble. I have a tree made by the same company…. 2nd year of use. So far it’s been great, hasn’t shed and doesn’t need watering!

Hmmmm. I have two suggestions. 1) You might try another outlet. 2) You might try disconnecting the middle of the tree and reconnecting. It seems to be the source of the power for the upper branches.

I'm having a hard time getting my bottom part detached. Mine is a little different though has the plugs in the muddle poll. Ugh! Lol

Sorry to hear that. We are leaving our tree up for a couple of weeks in 2021 so we can wart off the 2020 bad vibes.

@@patrickhull9231 I kept pulling it apart the way it should come detached. Was not easy and took longer than I'm sure it would have my husband but it eventually it came apart. I actually haven't put that tree up since we got it 3 years agol. Unfortunately 2024 Christmas we promised we put the tree up so I'm going to making my husband pull it apart this time while I pack the rest, lol.

I don't know why but I can't seem to collapse my tree stand. Any advice? Thank you in advance.

Sorry to hear that the tree stand gave you some trouble. It seems to get stuck sometimes. If one way does not work, the other way might. 😂

How to find junctions between sections?

The top junction is five feet from the ground. It is really tricky. If you did not take the letter off, you should see an A at the top. When you take the top off, it should come completely out. If you see wires, place it back on the tree and try again. It should be a complete unit like we showed in the video.

There is a button on the tree near where you plug in the tree. I would try clicking it first to see if the lights come on. Hope this helps.
