Thanks a lot this helped i just got a Dell XPS 13. Goes up to 4.4 GHZ TURBO but it ran only at 1 ghz and ive only been able to get 1.69 ghz out of it so far. I dont have a high performance option in power plan unfortunately as the only option is balanced. I'll keep looking though thanks!

its a easy fix its one line of code in the cmd prompt. Google it, "power plans missing in windows 11"

Hey, what does it mean by "No GUI boot"? Does it mean it will not boot up the GUI? Will I not be able to access my apps? Im worried.

With the part in going into control panel to change the power management it can drastically increase the cpu temp unless you have good cooling

Did this on my laptop (window 11) it restarting I always wanted to play CoDMW2 remastered as soon it done I will make a edit :edit: alright it did work thanks mate yes I am not a bot if I was I would be saying Omg it work but nah it does work but the login just take bit longer but can do so yeah :edit: it destroy my laptop BUT it worth if you have a very powerful pc like a gaming pc not a work pc it has been 30 since the auto repair it failed 5 time so uhh use it on a god gaming pc ONLY

was on 8 core followed this and now stuck at 4 cores

all the processors run in DEFAULT. Checking and selected the max doesnt do anything...at all. The only thing that helps people is the best performance power option
