That being said I think we all want to see Gabe do a new persistence and I think a combo involving a varial would be amazing. Varial front side tailslide? Varial front lip? Down the five maybe? I decided I'm actually gonna start learning slides/grinds, so I bought some wax for the first time ever. I've skated for a long time but I've never really done any slides or grinds. Question: should you wax the board, not the obstacle? Or a bit of both? Is it different for grinds rather than slides?

Is that the same mojo rail off Amazon you guys reviewed months back? That thing has held up well..do some more cheap rail/ skate obstacle review's...could have swore I saw AK in this video...must have been a fever dream.
I leaned this last year but lost it after a weird fall. I made my own rail and I kept getting stuck but I got scared because of if I waxed it I’d slip and fall backwards on the rail

@@brailleskateboarding any tips because i slide my foot but my back wheel does not go up
I had a nasty accident on a skateboard a few years back. To this day I find that I have commitment issues with tricks so bad that I can't even land a pop shuv, I'm too scared to put my back foot back on the board whilst doing any tricks because I know how it ended last time. I bought a mini rail for my garden so I can keep trying, finally landing the smallest of boardslides since yesterday, but the feeling is still there, I'm still scared ill mess up. It's like a mental wall and I don't know how to fight it. So how can I ensure that whatever happens I keep my back foot on the board regardless of the fear? It's the only thing stopping me from landing literally over 6 new tricks I never landed before.
@alexandersykes6056
9 ай бұрын
Just to add up to that, it feels like I physically can not put my foot there, it just isn't happening, it automatically goes to the back so I'm way past the board
Today i will be recording my battle with it. Video soon. Wish me luck
For me, learning on a waxed parking block/curb was so much less scary then on a flat bar like this....dunno why but couldn't get myself to commit to them until a 12' long buttery parking block showed up at my local DIY....

I have an idea for a new video! A game of skate where each player(2 player max) has ten minutes of the park to themself to come up with five of their best tricks. Then they have to replicate the other players tricks. Whoever completes the most of their opponents tricks wins. Maybe have a one trick limit on each obstacle so Mcnugg doesn't slay on the manual pad so mogely doesn't slay the stairs so JD doesn't slay the transition etc etc
