Cool demo Scott! Suggestion: slow down a bit when showing adjustments on screen so the effect of that particular adjustment can be seen, not by much just more than a quick swipe.

Combine this with the "souce mirror" plug in and you can fill dead space created with your 4:3 capture source with a blurred copy of the source.

It doesn't work. Tried installing it more than 5 times but I do not get the Blur option on the Filters section. I even tried uninstalling OBS and reinstalling the latest update. Still doesn't work.

Make sure you don't have two OBS installs on your computer. Make sure you restart OBS after install.
Wait, Scott's background is not actually "real"? He has been using chroma key all this time? haha, I never noticed until today

LOL! It used to be real. Then I realized that having green screen gives me way more flexibility for teaching online. I can show more detail because My face floats over the lower layers vs cropping down on my face and showing a box all the time. I keep evolving Dan.

@@DanyV1 Whew..... too long bro. I dunno 1 to 1.5 hours per minute of video. generally is the going rate. This does not include the research involved in creating the video. It's starting to get to me to be honest.
