Let's say my bluetooth phone call speaker is broken or too quiet... is there any way I can use the radio speakers as much phone speaker?

You have demonstrated how to pair phone and car; but what about the PHONE button on the steering wheel? On my car (BMW 118d) the button/computer does not recognise my voice; I cannot call up a phone number just by voice. DO YOU KNOW HOW TO GET THAT WORKING? Thanks in advance.

Whats the best reccomended bluetooth reciever. The cheap one I bought always has a high pitch squeal. Or is there any other way I can play BT Music in my 2006 130i M Sport BMW

HI Hannah, yes unfortunately they arent the best. I havent tried as i use aux, but i suppose a new hed unit could do the trick? one with BT built in.

My 2011 116i has the business cd head unit which doesn't have the Bluetooth feature and I'm failing to understanding why there's a phone button on the steering wheel.. Am i missing something?

Hi Linda, the easiest way to check is to press and hold that phone button on the wheel and see if it changes anything on the central console!

phone calls only I'm afraid, music is only available on the e8x 1 series from 2010 onwards! Thanks for watching!

There is the option to play it via aux with a lead, the aux point is below the drivers arm rest. I know of people who have bought bluetooth receivers and plugged them into the aux point to stream music via bluetooth

I’ve got a bmw 125i 2009 I can connect the same way but can u play music would u know

@@drivelife.channel thanks for responding I just got the car today , I’ve got the exact same radio as u I just connected it to my phone by watching ur video I can call but it doesn’t seem like I can listen to music by Bluetooth it says AUX but when I play a song it just comes through my phone does aux mean I’d have to do it through a cable ??

I have 2011 1 series coupe. Could I play music via Bluetooth?

BMW added the telephone button to every model even ones that don't have bluetooth, so yours might not have it

TheBoyRacer93 I’m not sure, mine has it but my friends doesn’t and he was told it’s a big job, taking the steering wheel off, adding bluetooth and then re adjusting it all

I'm guessing that my bmw doesn't have Bluetooth, can I add that function? (But I have the steering buttons for the phone, it's that posible)

If you have the professional media package it should work without issue. I dont think it is possible to code in bluetooth.

Is it for playing music too or only for phone calls?
