Another alternative and a more rewarding experience is to upcycle old goretex jackets and make your own gear. If you put in the hours, you could pull off something uniquely your own.

Nike/Adidas do some more reasonably priced items but can be a bit more branded so may not suit everyone's style

Yeah, the blocktech started everything for me lol Your climate should really dictate what you should buy, unless you’re just down with the aesthetic. Luckily we have all seasons here in Canada to spice things up a bit.

That’s a really good point! Climate should be something to consider before picking up a functional garment. Last thing you want is for it to be more of a hindrance then actually helping you haha ^.^

Have not been keeping up with their stuff for quite a while but my last impression on them is they make fantastic bags and accessories for the price you pay but when it comes to apparel it does suffer from the Acronym lookalike syndrome LOLL >.
