Stress is an unavoidable part of life. However you can adopt strategies and best practices to allow you to better cope. During uncertain times, the degree of stress can be especially overwhelming, and may cause many of us to feel alone and without hope. Covid-19 has provided a perfect storm to test our ability to manage stress. It has impacted almost every corner of our lives, and the result is many of us trying to just manage our day to day stress levels during a time filled with so many unknowns. Understanding how stress impacts your overall health and learning coping strategies is the solution.
This (part 2 of 2) presentation will explore coping strategies to best manage stress. It looks specifically at exercise, mindfulness meditation, and humor and the positive effects it can have on your overall wellness.
