    Free throws, two feet floaters around the block, one leg hard dribble baseline floaters, dribble move steve nash from baseline to other baseline floater,dribble to free throw floater, dribble to free throw lane euro, dribble steve nash baseline to jumpshot,free throws make two straight up( i personally hit five ), around screen to tween behind side step elbow jumper,screen to hesi pull to in out side step jumper stay square,find rhythm, tween cross side step shot after screen, snatch to shot x3, double tween quick pull up no hesi, double move to baseline 3, double move after screen to hesi screen, dribble don’t like the shot pass go around screen one move to shot,come of screen double move downhill to layup. I didn’t get everything but this some

    Not a good workout in my opinion. No variation, no “reps without repetition”. This would be something to do pre-game for short term confidence, but not for long-term learning retention this shouldn’t be done (according to the science). Not good for offseason improvement.
