You can come at any visa , mostly people get paid admission in any short course n university and after coming left and only prepare exam, depends , luck matters

So we should go for a visit visa then for naplex

I am not sure about that visa, I think you can work based on your fpgee, fpgec , Tofel exam clearance and employ gave you visa. I am not sure, but you can email this on the description given link of websites and contact them for more deep questions.

Just extend visit visa there and apply for next exams fpgec and Tofel and then a year 1500 hours internship. Then pass Naplex exam and get registered there as a pharmacist

yes you can apply from dubai. Apply for visit visa from dubai on your dubai license and ask them that you need to appear for exam there.

If you are in a Pakistani university, then check the agreement of your university with other universities in Pakistan for migration or transfer . University rules and permission will decide all this with proper official approval

You have to complete all the registration process in USA only, not from Pakistan. However you can prepare by your own in Pakistan but you have to appear in exam only from USA

Yes you can do pharm d five year degree from any recognized university in the USA as an international student

I think no, test scores matters , over all more than 3 GPA is good always
