madam please answer this question I m 30 years old and I worked as a medical professional in a hospital after graduation I have a class and actually my dream is to be a lecturer am I too late I am expecting to study in abroad but I have confusion whether I can be a lecturer because when I went to interviews they said me you don't have any academic experience you worked at a hospital you don't do research like that please give me some advices what should I have to follow to be a lecturer
