Another great video. I would love to see a video about getting into a relationship with a woman that has been abused. Letting her know that not all of us men are like the demon that she was with. Letting her know that we will be there for them and not hurt them. Thank you Miss Stephanie.

That is Satan talking a person down and making a person feel worthless. When a person confirms and claims they can and will accomplish something good in their life that is God who gives them that authority spiritually. ❤👍 You're doing a good thing helping people 😊

Confidence comes from knowledge of self. Tell yourself the truth over emotion. Learn critical thinking skills. Grasp the truth of self. Understand yourself. Know how you lie to self. Know your strengths and weaknesses. Practice reasoning in judgment. Catch yourself a zillion times in bad judgment and correct it.

  • @ryansommerer188

The truth of yourself over emotion can actually be negative. That the true you actually does suck. People only tell you you're lying to yourself and to stop being negative towards yourself because they just want to give you phony positivity with no substance and mostly from people that actually don't know a thing about you (social media is very very guilty of this) People can be confident, but they also can be truthfully confident in knowing they are not good enough to be successful the way they want to be successful because they don't have the tools/skills/knowledge/physical attributes to be that. Yes, they can become knowledgeable, but people outnthere do suffer in not able to grasp certain concepts. Think of athletes in their field like basketball. No matter how some try as much as they like with multiple repetitions, a lot of them simy can't improve their free throw shooting, or 3pt shooting, or better ball handles. For students, a lot outnthere suffer from too much anxiety that they just can't do well with tests, and because of their certain makeup, not even placebos/anxiety pills help at all. No different also with a lot of males out there that have a physiological make up with too narrow of blood vessels/nerves that they simply from the very beginning of their sexuality they suffer ED and its untreatable. No matter hiw much you want to think positive and not have anxiety issues, ED is not going to go away. That's when many have to rely on "who you know, not what you know."

I notice tasks that require both physical and mental assertiveness go much better when are taken on slightly aggressive. Things, people will beat you up unless handled properly. Not abusive just determined. The world tends to eat the meek.

The bully in our head is there for a reason, it was made in childhood to keep you in check so you won't be outcast from your family, which is the worst thing that could happen to a human child. By ignoring it and not addressing the root issue all you're doing is pushing it under the floorboards. It's still going to be there, and the more you resist it the more it will persist. you need to take that part closer to you and not push it away. See it, hear it, understand why it's acting like this, its because underneath there is pain. It's not self love to call a part of yourself a bully and turn away from it.

Being afraid to make someone angry has been a real problem for me and I have been afraid of their anger of them being cross and withholding love. And I always say yes to the point of having no time for things that are important to me and have no time for self care. I really need to do work on saying no with grace and having boundaries without fear of anger or a relationship not being close. Not being worth their love unless I please them. Because on my own I don't deserve their love. I always felt this way with my mother and other people I love. That they won't really love me back unless I enslave myself saying yes to every thing even when it doesn't feel good or feel loving to be asked to do those things constantly.

Love this vid. Thank you. If you haven't done so already, can you make a video about emotional numbness and how to feel again?

@@StephanieLynCoaching Hello Stephanie, no, I don't have a channel. I just like watching good videos with a good content! And yours are amazing! If I had one it would probably not be in English because I'd love to bring some knowledge and encouragement to my people in my mother tongue (which is slovak)! Thank you for your amazing work and great content! Many greetings right now from Switzerland! :) Kamila

I think it's great that you recognise your feelings. They're very much understandable and it's the first step towards working towards confidence, provided that's what you want to have!

Negative thoughts and programming is a real thing... I wish the people that send these vibes out can understand that. Maybe anxiety wouldn’t have to exist so much in individuals that are awesome and always pray and do other things for others.

Thank you for your videos! I can't see my therapist right now with this pandemic. So I found you on KZread and you have helped me very much. But I so have a few questions for you. How can you take care of you self and have people think your being selfish?
