    He taught me you don’t have to be super fast and strong to be good at lacrosse, he taught me that you can use your creativity to make good plays because they’re unexpected and have fun while doing it.

    I go to the same high school that Ryder took a PG year at. I learned that creativity is key and makes the game more fun. It is great tool be comfortable in any situation with two or one hand.

    Be creative. I'm a coach for middle and high school players and not a day/practice/game goes by where my message isn't "Have fun, Be creative and Don't be afraid to make mistakes". And that is the reason why I play and love the game.

    To be unpredictable on the field if you aren’t the strongest, or faster on the field. It will keep the defenders on their toes. As a defender myself I will keep this in mind for the up coming season, to expect the unexpected thanks for the tip Ryder roll woods.

    Ryder Garnsey said "if you don't have a fast shot you can be a deceptive shooter so the goalie doesn't know where your going with the ball." Also he said that there will hopefully be a championship for the redwoods "ROLL WOODS!!!" Being a redwoods fan I like to hear that.

    Tip from Ryder if u want to go one way make your defender apply pressure to the opposite side. Ryder is my favorite player in the league and i look up to him and try to model my game after him. I would love to win the Ryder Garnsey player tee!!!!
