Hi Dailia. Thank you for making these video. I'm a new salsa and bachata dancer. I'm scared to accept an invitation to dance when I go social dancing. I dont know if the guy will know how to deal with a beginner dancer and I dont know if it will be fun for him to dance with someone at my level of dance. What are your suggestion and experience? Thank you!

I know love, we all go through that stage! Don’t worry! We all have to start somewhere, so don’t feel bad for being: a BEGINNER. * If the guy doesn’t know how to deal with it, don’t take it personal, there’s plenty guys that will. * If it makes you feel more comfortable, you can say: “Yes, I’d like to dance with you, but I’m a beginner”. So then he’s aware. * Just remember that a GOOD leader is always gonna start easy on you, testing your abilities as the song goes on…never putting you on an uncomfortable or dangerous situation. * Once you are out there on the dance floor: 1. Relax 2. Don’t over think 3. Don’t anticipate or try to “help”. 4. FEEL more and then act (focus on following). 5. Pay attention to the visual signals 6. Keep taking classes: knowing what to do = more confidence And thank you! You just inspired me make a vid for this! 🤗💕
