Of course! If you are still dealing with discouragement then meditation would be very helpful for you. Meditating on God's word strengthens your mind so that when the enemy brings those thoughts of discouragement, your mind is strong enough to fight them. You confront the enemy's lies with God's truth.

Yes my flesh and spirit have been fighting a lot recently. Heavy in my word and meditating on it because I don’t want to return to my carnal ways

I have to share this testimony from when I was like 7/8 years old. I used to suck my thumb. My mom and grandma hated it and would tell my teacher to make me stop if she caught it. No matter what they did they couldn’t get me to stop. And I wanted to stop! I remember my mom told me I should pray for help to stop sucking my thumb. So one night I did. Then right after my prayer I put my thumb in my mouth and curled up to go to sleep. My mom said “you just asked God to help you stop sucking you thumb but you’re gonna have to put in the work to help Yourself stop. You didn’t ask God to MAKE you stop.” Well my childlike mind took that to mean that I should change my prayer to “Jehovah please MAKE me stop sucking my thumb”. From that moment to this one I haven’t had so much as the desire to suck any finger. I will always remember that. God was so kind to little old silly me and He took that desire with me having done very little work for it. lol. Now as an adult I know He CAN MAKE us do these things toe stop doing things but these large life altering areas does NEED our work to improve but I just will never forget what He did for baby me. ❤

I'm a muslim but since We believe in Jesus this video was so helpfull (I need to do researches about what Islam says of the holy spirit and I guess that video is a sign to do so😅 warever I'm reading coran and Jesus is mentioned along with the holy spirit I'm like note to myself Search aboutthe holy spirit) also you saying that we ask God to Stop being lazy but we work from bed in literaly me😢Ipray god day and night to give me more energy and stop laziness than go work in mybed😅I'll be working on that this week. thankyou.

Wowww I have been getting signs to fast for 3 days and literally videos were popping up on my KZread feed and here it is 7 days into the month and I still haven’t because I made all of these excuses in my mind as to why. I have been extremely depressed, stressed and worrying bc I am a single mother of 4 and don’t have any help. I know that when I become obedient and listen to God I will get out of this depression. This video was just confirmation for me to just begin.

I pray that you are able to fight through and understand that God will take you in your depression. It is his strength that helps you. I also pray that you are blessed with support and a village. It is not easy. But God is a father to the fatherless and puts the lonely in families. Stay close to God. Keep watching Kylia. She’s very blessed with great messages to help you. Keep praying. Even if you say God please help me! I don’t feel I can do this. I was in deep depression raising an autistic toddler on my own, a thousand miles from my family. God turned that all around. But it took me calling out to him right in that weakness. I couldn’t possibly dig myself out. I was tired. Feeling like giving up. Trust God. Nothing is too hard for him. He loves you and sees you. He cares for his kids, your kids. Just trust that he cares and knows best for you ❤

True but we’re going to experience those moments regardless of whether we pray for them or not but when we pray we become sensitive and better equipped to respond well.

Well she reeeead me 😂 God bless you. I had the worst binge last night and cried to God cause I didn’t listen to Him. He sent me like 20 videos about the spirit of gluttony and I kept ignoring each one. Today I made a meal plan and sticking to it to avoid under or overeating

Galatians 5:24 spoke to me so much that I had to stop the video. I realized that Jesus literally showed us how to kill our flesh daily. He showed us the violence we have to inflict on the flesh in order to ascend and walk by the spirit. He showed us it wont be easy but it will be worth it. This really blessed me. Thank u 🙏🏽

I definitely needed to see this I’ve been flirting with and kissing someone who is Muslim & I know I have to stray away from going further in that relationship since our beliefs don’t align however I end up giving in at times especially with our conversations this is confirmation that I should not continue to entertain it

This is so timely!! I was just thinking how I need to grow in the fruits of the Spirit and how I have an issue with gluttony. I will eat something and immediately want to eat something else. Crazy. But since I work out daily I think it’s not a big deal but it’s a problem. What a confirmation!

Whew! God is speaking to me through you! I have struggled with a sugar addiction, just finished a fast and I’m so eager to be delivered from this addiction. I have not indulged in any sweets since my fast but I am scared of the temptation and falling back into this addiction. I have also prayed for self control and discipline in my life and your video gave me the answer to why I don’t have e these fruits yet and it’s b/c I do override the voice of the Holy Spirit and I need to spend way more time with God and meditate on his word. Thank you for this video.

Self-control is difficult because you don’t have to do it. You have to get up and go to work, but don’t have to stop stuffing your face of something yummy that gives you that quick rush of dopamine. But it is a fruit of the Spirit. I want self-control until I’m given the opportunity to practice it, then that desire flies out the window. I recognize we fight not again flesh and blood tho. Training my flesh is necessary.
