Is a mask a part of us or is it separate from us? If a mask is part of us is it a part that has needs? Need for love.care.and attention so it can feel.more secure and let.us find out what is underneath.... And what is underneath could also be more masks, so more.parts of.ourselves to get to know better, to attend to, and ask to step out so we can get to know what is underneath and so on until we find our authentic self????

Drugs were always my mask, I feel so much more human now I am almost off of my benzos. Psychedelics are a great way to learn to take off that mask - In my opinion
