It’s impossible not to be attracted to elegance! It communicates grace, self-respect, sophistication and that subtle inner power that is just MAGNETIZING. Best part, anyone can learn! And everyone’s style is unique to them. Thank you Jamila 🥰

It’s so true!🩵🩵🩵 now we all can learn and knowledge is so accessible to us unlike ever before! I couldn’t learn it in my family or from my mother, but I’m so grateful for all the mentors I had in my life, who taught me about feminine arts and it changed my whole life 💗💗💗
I didn’t think I was that elegant until I recently found out that I was dubbed “the classy friend” of my friend group because of how I dress & carry myself. I’ve even had lady friends say that they wanted to dress & behave like me! I was shocked 😯 yet quite flattered. I still think I’m a work-in-progress but I’m glad that I’ve made some improvements overtime. & I’ve noticed that older men have been drawn to me lately because I practiced what you listed, & a few men around my age view my elegance as being “the cool yet chill.” It’s interesting.

I understand the shocked feeling! I was introducing my husband to co-workers for the first time and one of them called me the master of introductions. I don’t think I’m that good, I just bring up something they have in common, or remind my husband of something (nice, of course!) I’ve told him about that person.
When it comes to communication, I always get anxious. Please make a video on how to communicate more confidently, especially in a business setting. Your content is extremely helpful 💛

I hope that a lot of young girls will see this video, as it has all the gems in it. The way you speak is important, the way you dress is important, the way you put your makeup on is important, the way you talk, make gestures, smile all are important. This is like a guide for young girls and women in general. We should incorporate as much of these things in our lives. Thank you Jamila, you are a truly inspiration. ❤

Thank you so much for the video! I am a soft spoken person and I think it’s one of the elegant characteristics of me. However, my former boss once told me that my gentle personality will prevent me from being successful because I am not aggressive… I left that job soon after and I am much happier now and still soft spoken 😊

I always said people in general think being elegant is being perfect and looking a certain way, but I know people that are elegant and don't do any of those things, they are just always calm even when things go wrong and they're mad.
Regarding a signature scent and keeping it private, I’m the exact opposite! I love sharing things I love, including my perfume. I also share recipes with anyone who asks and where I purchased an item of clothing. I feel it’s flattering to be asked. I have trouble understanding people not willing to share anything which isn’t their patented property.
Hi Jamila, I’m not sure if you are reading this but I am extremely grateful for this channel. I’m a first generation college bound student and have been seeking many prestigious career and academic opportunities; I’ve realized people in different socio-economic status interact much differently (more articulate and elegantly). I’m slowly learning how to adapt to this new stimulated environment. I couldn’t have done it without this channel. You have also inspired me to study International Relations too! Best wishes, Erin R. Just be careful to stay human. These rich, sophisticated etiquette nerds come across like dead robots to many people.
Agreed with everything! And by the way, in my opinion you did look elegant in those more sporty outfits because they just matched with the environment and vibe. On top of the way you carry yourself, being dressed according to the time, place and occasion is elegance to me.
When everyone is talking about outer elegant, it's great to learn about mindset and inner elegance

Most videos about elegance I've found were very superficial and based on old rules that don't mean anything to people nowadays. This is the first video about elegance that is actually about self care and being a good person, not making others uncomfortable and avoiding self destructive behaviors. Thank you, Jamila. Your etiquette and elegance videos are always my favorite!

Jamila, I am a first-gen college student and I have been accepted into a very important internship this summer. I am a very timid and shy individual who tries to hide and is not very good at speaking. I have watched so many of your videos and have practiced thinking and acting more elegantly when I speak to others and attend events. You have helped me a lot so far, thank you!
I already know that my mom would want me to master every single thing in this video 💯😂
I love her voice, so calming💖
Thank you for drawing all of these helpful tips together. I live a country lifestyle and am often digging in dirt or handling animals, but I still like to project a particular image. I found a way to wear my hair everyday that is simple but can be dressed up with colored bands. I finally bought gel overlay for my nails. Now if I can slow my speech, I will finally be able to project the overall image I want. Thank you very much!

Hi Jamila, I’m so grateful to discover your channel. I’m feeling very inspired now to practice working on my elegance this year. When I was growing up, I wasn’t taught this, my closed ones didn’t care about it and at school we didn’t learn much besides saying “thankyou” and “please”. I am 23 years old and have realised how unelegant I am in certain areas of myself and I’m definitely going to be self reflecting and working on it. Thank you so much ❤️

Hello Ms. Musayeva, I've been learning a lot about etiquette from your videos. I've always wanted to be elegant and put together, despite being busy with my family and medical career. I am expecting a baby soon and would be truly grateful if you could create a video on elegance as a (new) parent. I am also inspired by Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge and the grace with with she manages her young children. All the best with everything you do.
