I will definitely make sure the photographers are fed. They are with us all day, of course they need to eat some good food with some cake at the end. Same thing with my DJ, he will get hungry too. Thank you for reminding me to make sure all the things I wanted shot are ready to go for them.

I like planning ahead. What I've already done was created a Google Doc for my photographer and videographer with a list of shots me and my fiance would like. And already told them if anything needs to be changed, we are open to it. I know the day of our wedding, I will be giving both of them a pleasant tip.

I would kindly recommend against the Google Doc shot list unless it's really, really small. Photographers and videographers generally find it difficult to work with for a number of reasons and working from a list of shots can take them out of real moments and you'll end up with carbon copies of staged moments from other people's weddings. I have a dedicated video on this topic I recommend watching.

What do you do? If the photographer is Vegan but you are not. We did not like all the foods she picked out. What do I do ?

What do you mean? Are you the one getting married? The photographer would only be specifying vegan for their own meal - not yours. The catering team makes vendor meals for the vendors and any vendors who are gluten free/vegan will receive accommodations. It does not affect guests or the couple.

@Cavin Elizabeth ohhh yes. The photographer's contract states she gets a meal. But she's vegan and none of the foods I had picked with the caterer is vegan type. So the catering team will make a whole new plate for her? (Since she is the only one with a dietary restriction)

Good tips but wish you had some pictures up at the same time throughout the video or just a way to make it more watchable. Seems like the whole video is just you sitting there talking. I caught myself many times throughout spacing off because I lost interest 🤷🏻‍♀️

Jay Tree It's not bias, it's information from an informed source because she's a vendor. She's not telling people what to do, just what they can do so their vendors enjoy working with them.

My opinion is bias too... think about it... people just say they arent.. lol
