I'm not a trainer but these episodes with Jason are so amazing. How he speaks you can definitely hear passion in his voice. It is so hard to explain to people who don't lift how lifting can be beneficial for your mental health. But anyone who has been lifting for over a year understands it without question.

This meant a lot to me. I’m a business administration student and I feel lost. I know I don’t want to be stuck in an office pursuing finance and I’ve dreamt of being a professional coach. Thank you for calling out my shit, my excuses, my accountability. We will continue to work hard…. I promise, for my beautiful momma and myself! Much love.

"Monetizing on people's need to change"... I have seen this a lot in the local fitness community where I live. A lot of trainers have turned their business into "life coaching" and "nutrition coach" and in my opinion most of them have no business marketing themselves as such. One former trainer of mine is convinced that "happiness" is the key to being able to be disciplined in order to manage their nutrition (AKA cut calories). After having watched a couple of dozen of your podcasts/videos, the number one question I would ask any trainer is: "What is the best way to lose fat and gain muscle?". Anything less than the truth that you've been talking about and that I've personally experienced myself would be a hard pass for me. You are so right. YOU are the only ones who have all the answers to the health conditions that plague us today. YOU guys have been generous enough to share it with us but as mentioned before, the fitness industry for the most part is looking to monetize on every fault and weakness that humans have and they are giving the industry a horrible name. I realized that will power is not what is needed to get healthy. Muscle mass, plain and simple, is the answer to most of our problems!

The talk about healthcare company incentives is the best reson for state run Healthcare I have ever heard. Some people still believe that the private sector will do everything better than state run alternatives, BUT some industries shoul not be allowed to be for profit. Healthcare is one of them.

The few fitness coaches I have reached out to online are $150-$200 a week with a guarantee to work with me if I don't hit my goal in the first cycle and a 50% rate if I continue to work with them. Overwhelming space for sure, I want the right coach, not looking for a discount. Thanks, Mind pump ❤️

The amount of wisdom in this podcast is surreal. I’m currently in NCI completing all the courses and I’m trying so hard to be the best coach I can be. I love this so much and the money within this isn’t even on my mind right now, I want to help others just like how you guys have helped me. I won your super bundle a couple episodes ago and you could never know how much that motivated me and I will be able to learn so much more so thank you so much!

Great episode! I just turned 50 and just today treated myself to MAPS Anabolic. Looking forward to going through it! Not sure if you read all the comments, but if you do, then just thank you for being such a great resource for a guy like me. Back in December I had a triple bypass that also uncovered that I am a Type II diabetic. Over the past 10 months through diet and exercise I have completely changed my health and fitness and overall relationship with food. As a result I have entered my 50's in the best shape of my adult life. I found your podcast a few months ago and it's been so helpful. Lately I've been considering getting my certification as a personal trainer once I hit my initial goals. Not so I can make money, as I do just fine with my career, but so I can help folks who have gone through what I have and are struggling to find a way back to the gym in not only a safe way, but one they can sustain. Jason's comments around what makes a great trainer were really inspiring.

I’m about to launch my own coaching business after listening to you guys for a couple years and completely transforming my own life. I want to share what I’ve learned on my journey and help other people transform their lives and crush their goals. Im sure some people that watched this episode were intimidated or turned off by the idea of becoming a coach. But for me it just solidified the fact that my head and my heart are in the right place. I hope to be a guest on the show in a few years after building an honest fitness business that truly helps people and gets results. Keep preserving the space guys, you do an awesome job with your platform!

Can really connect with taking it slow and doing things the right way when you start. Been working out for a long time on my own since high school and got a pt certification last year. I finally got the courage to ask a friend to let me train them for free A few weeks ago for no other outcome than just learn. It feels so good just to help someone to just feel better physically. Thank you for putting out the message that if you are genuine about just helping others the money will come later on it’s own. That’s really good for someone who is is JUST starting out to hear. Really appreciate it. Great podcast.
