Oh man, I’m a big fan of Typhoon’s music. One of the best shows I seen last year was when they played at the Beachland Ballroom here in Cleveland. So easy to get lost in the music. They’re great at all those tempo and key changes to keep a song exciting and dynamic. I’m flattered that you think I could pull it off! 😊

Thanks for the breakdown and for playing it slowly. This is just the sort of thing that helps me when I want to fit my banjo in when I am at guitar class etc.

Shawn Thompson my pleasure! I think banjo playing can be quite simple and accessible when the pieces are broken down. And being able to jam along with guitar players is the best! 😊

This is cool...just picked up a 100 dollar banjo 3 weeks ago and I can't put it down. I am still working on the basic strum with Cathy Fink's on-line course. I play piano, but I always wanted something I can bring along anywhere. I was starting out with the typical pickin' style but then I saw this kzread.info/dash/bejne/epiG18htiJO-Z8o.htmlm17s and was captivated and had to know how a strum could sound like that !
