    Split the shit. Run and lift on different days 3x a week each with one rest day. Like - Mon, Wed, Fri - Weights Tue, Thu, Sat - Running

    I think we need to be honest with this. I follow a very similar schedule and realistically if you’re working full time on top of this there really isn’t much enjoyment outside of training to be had. Really just workout, work and recover at that point.

    Haha dude I totally feel you, I’m training for a 30k right now and I thought he would alternate between weight training and running but doing them both in the same day made my mouth drop haha.

    Most will 100% get hurt doing this much. That's cool he does this, but make sure you have years of experience & build up to trying a program like this.
