You don't need every single tool you see other people using. Depending on if you are making these to sell, or just for fun, you can decide what you want to invest in.
Here are my bare minimum suggested tools:
-A few bricks of sculpey souffle or premo(start with some primary colors if you want to mix your own. My favorite is this pack amzn.to/3fY7AGc it has primary colors and some other fun colors to get your started.
-Acrylic roller - my favorite amzn.to/3fXSyk7
-Simple Clay Tools amzn.to/2Y0C30s
Clay Cutters: I get most of my clay cutters from ThreeDGeek on etsy and I LOVE them! www.etsy.com/shop/ThreeDGeek
Clay cutter set from amazon amzn.to/2XXi9TW I also like to use lotion lids or things around my house.
Findings to finish your earrings. Jump rings: amzn.to/3fXS9hl
and posts: amzn.to/2Y0orSR
Jewelry pliers amzn.to/3gXhVUd
Bake N Bond amzn.to/3fZQEzj
An oven thermometer(more on this later) amzn.to/2FhuLia
Oven, your regular house oven works great.
If you want to take your earrings up a few notches, here are some additional tools you may want to consider, but they are not completely necessary.
Pasta Roller - amzn.to/2XZP9uX I have this one and LOVE it.
Tissue blades for easily removing clay from surfaces amzn.to/3iHdXjg
Ceramic tile from hardware store to work on.
Fancier clay cutters:
My favorite places for cutters is etsy and amazon.
AMAZON: amzn.to/3aqdWxz
FAVORITE and most used set: amzn.to/2XXi9TW
--love these, amzn.to/31PHNva
--and this set is lovely amzn.to/3gXJuwF
Pink Cutters: roclayco.com
you want to look for cutters that have nice sharp edges, it keeps the edges clean and you won't need to sand as much.

you can absolutely bake them on another day. polymer clay doesn't actually dry out in the air, so you are good on that end. I do like to store my clay in a closed container, but it doesn't have to be completely air tight
