In the start honestly, my friends normalized it Infront of me and the western books i red, it was almost represented as a good habit, i felt very weird but i was curious, I never thought i would get such a habit of it that it will become hard to leave it, but i think i can still do this and leave it, now thinking of it as a small thing and not stopping it when i wanted to in the start is one of my very big regret...

It's better to educate them and allow them to be honest, to ask for help freely so that others can help them instead of shaming them or just telling them to go and get married. I'm pretty sure kids of this age are starting their actual education (after 10 grade), you can't get them married right away, when their brain hasn't even developed properly, just for such a desire, a marriage is much more than just something to do for seg. No teenager is mature enough to actually keep such a serious relationship. MARRIAGE is NOT the only option here, keeping oneself busy with other things like study, exercise, gaining knowledge and even some enjoyment like games and a nice movie, or maybe hanging out with friends or spending some time with family, a nice convo at dinner etc, are much better and healthier options for kids and teenagers. One isn't ready for marriage right when "such" senses and desires arise, it's just a process of biology, I doubt any teenager is actually ready for such a big thing right away without guidance, it gives a wrong idea of marriage as a whole (plus accidental pregnancies, I personally wouldn't want to deal with that as a teen girl). And in my honest opinion, when those feelings and desires become almost unbearable, to the point of causing anxiety, lack of focus and interest in other things, it's better to just release it through this, by themselves, then seek repentance, of course only if it doesn't turn into an addiction or an obsession, but it mostly does, so I'd like to stay away from it as much as possible from now, also because I don't like it, but the body needs it sometimes, otherwise I can't focus on anything else, this is likely the case with other teens, they might not actually want to do "it", and are helpless against nature.

They should try to find positive ways like not eating fast food, dont be idle, keep yourself busy in good activities like sports or in fact help family members and help lessen their work load, sit in a good company of people, boys should also visit masajid often, girls and boys should even fast, get counseling if situation isnt getting better. We just want to whine and we dont want work hard, we just want to find easy ways or shortcuts and then we try to pretend that we are victims and let nafs and shaitan take over us.
