🥺 ugh I know exactly what that feels like. I'm so glad you find comfort in my videos. I say this in the most loving way possible, watching videos will only give you temporary motivation. You just have to take action on ONE thing. Choose ONE small habit to start incorporating and do it. Don't underestimate the power of 1 micro habit. I hope my videos are here as a tool for anyone who needs it but nothing will ever change until you change.

You have to consistently look at the mood board too Ladies. Like last Ramadan I have achieved it all this Ramadan, alhamdoulillah. Never done Gym before this much consistently ever in my life. And I have got into Pink, after all my Gym inspo pics. It literally re programmes your thoughts, so use it wisely :) Keep making duas for help too

Ps for some reason it applies faster to those boards you make & don't put so much energy looking at & worrying over. I had no idea I was moving towards that vision of me, until I had become that way a year later. I forgot until this year I saw me into all that at Ramdan. Yet other boards I was actively trying & praying on were not really showing me the same success. Maybe because I low key feared they may not happen for me :)

what’s best is to just show up and do things anyway. i️ had a fear of being seen so i️ started to make youtube videos. i️ started showing up regardless of what others would say. that fear could be rooted in being judged for being your authentic self growing up and made you fear who you truly are. i️t is something you have to work on daily. taking to more people randomly, asking questions those random questions to people, and most importantly showing yourself that you love you for who you are and accepting who you are. everyone may not accept your authenticity but at the end of the day you are doing what is best for you. you have no reason to fear you are divinely protected and safe! sending you love and light! 🌹
