    Please can you advise what I can do for a damaged vagus nerve? It is effecting my breathing when I walk any distance, I feel it down my neck constricting. I had a injury to my rotator cuff which also unseated my vagus nerve, my left shoulder is wasting away due to lack of use, due to breathing. Is there anything I can be doing to help it? I will be watching your breathing video as well tomorrow. Thank you
