Nice Video clip! Excuse me for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you ever tried - Schallingora Family Friendship Scheme (google it)? It is a good exclusive product for revealing some simple military style self defence techniques to protect your family minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend Sam after many years got amazing results with it.

At age 18. I was lifting weights. At 87 kg? I was bench pressing 87 kg 6 times using a bulking/ strength routine. I was aiming for 16 inch arms but only could get to 15 and 3/4 inch. Small wrists and bones. First time I joined a wing chun kwoon? Sifu said you're a big guy, throw the most powerful right cross. He blocked with an open hand ( knife hand) to my elbow with little force! My arm still hurts when the weather changes. LOL. All your teqniques are coming back from freestyle karate, wing chun and Lin waan sarm Sao. Love it. I'm finally motivated to do push-ups and core exercises too. 🙂👍👍👍

I keep a bag of glitter in my pocket just in case I'm in a situation that threatens to become violent. I don't use it to blind my assailant. I sprinkle it in an arms length circle around me, so they know if they cross it, shit's about to get freaky. Then I stare them down while I start removing clothing. They generally call me some impolite names and walk away.

This is similar to my Wing Chun. Mine is more hard style so I keep my fists balled unless I'm doing palms, chops or touches. for example for these blocks you do chops I would do backfists instead so they're more like defensive strikes and they would hurt allot more than chops. This is added a little later bit I mean to say I wouldn't use a chop for defense. The chop is replaced with a backfist.

Train hard. Live clean; don't let anyone bully you! Master Wong. Ah, my friend, I see you've experienced the power of the paq sao firsthand. Chops to the wrist can indeed leave a lasting mark. But fear not, for within my philosophy and my system lies the key to overcoming such challenges. In the Master Wong System, we cultivate the virtues of patience and resilience. These virtues are the pillars of personal growth and self-awareness. Patience allows us to endure and persevere, while resilience empowers us to bounce back stronger than before. By embodying these virtues, we develop mental fortitude and emotional balance, essential qualities for any martial artist. Now, let me share with you a secret. The way you do anything is the way you do everything. By practicing patience and resilience in our training, we cultivate these virtues in all aspects of our lives. Whether it's facing adversity or pursuing our goals, the lessons learned on the mat become our guiding principles. Moreover, situational awareness plays a crucial role in our training. It allows us to quickly evaluate circumstances and adapt accordingly. In the heat of combat or in everyday life, being aware of our surroundings grants us the upper hand. It's like feeling the summer breeze on your skin, anticipating every move effortlessly. And speaking of summer, my friend, there couldn't be a better time to embark on a journey of self-improvement. This look useful,i already use some defenses of wing chun, with boxing you can parry the punch but even if i parry right i'm able to give only 1 powerful blow, with wing chun you can make 2 strikes with one hand, you strike the arm and the face,i personally think that boxing punches generate more power if you use the concept of slugger but strike the arms is a strategy that help, the arms of the opponent become in pain and because of fatigue as well The opponent maybe start low his guard.

In a real fight what sucks is its even harder because its all so quick, you don't have time to plan parries and defences (and you end up getting your ass handed to you) unless you're like a black belt which I'm not lol
