hi great job! Doenst the tape ruin the knots? How do u replace the tape? without pulling out the hair in the front??

Thanks Mitch! Don't worry as tape doesn't ruin the knots. You need to first spray on an adhesive remover. That will break down the hold of the tape and you'll then be able to remove the hair system and the tape from the base. For the summer time I will order French or Swiss full lace.

You would need to go to a specialist hair system salon or it may be that a local hairdresser is experienced with cutting in hair systems. You'd have to inquire. I’m confused the stylists here says it’s better to leave the stubble for the tape vs shaving it bald but then I see other videos saying to do the opposite. So is it better to attack the tape to stubble if you still have some hair growing in those areas you are attacking the tape to ?

Sorry about the confusion, Johnny. Generally, you'd shave your head so that no stubble remains. It may be a case of experimenting to see whether no stubble or stubble works best for you when it comes to attaching tape.

@@Lordhair so I am almost 48 hours into having my hair system on and today I noticed it’s lifting a lot on both sides and the front. I used the blue Lace Front tape from your website and the super tape…Why would it be lifting already after 2 days?

@@johnnyutah1983 Sorry to hear that Johnny, but please reach out to your customer service rep for detailed help. As for now, we could only speculate. It may be that the tape wasn't applied to a properly cleaned scalp or it may just be a case of trying out another type of tape to see if that responds differently to your body chemistry.

The problem placing the tape exactly on the edge is after a few days, the glue will sweep right into the hair.

What is the tape brand you used?

Why the sides have buckled up, even i can put my finger under it. Front is ok.
