How do you release it from the bottom???!! It’s so hard!!

this video was very frustrating. the man told us to click the seat into place and then forgot that we have to add the cusion first. i am also having extreme trouble with clicking the seat back out to insert the cushion.

why is the babyset with attached harness? is it a different product with the same name? we bought babyset of different design and separate harness . it says ts compatible with each other bit in relity it shot and doesnt workl with the cushions. stokke is a pile of shit
