Bless you! I made all the pieces to make many of these last year. When it came to putting them together, lets just say nobody got them for Christmas presents last year. Try gluing all the strings together to get them to fit through the small holes

Those crimp beads can be tightly closed with a crimping tool. I’ve made many things which require crimp beads. The tool isn’t expensive but it’s very handy. P.S. it took me about 4 hours to put mine together.

Ty my mom thought she was getting a actual wind chime she also got 5 diamond paintings she also that where wo d chimes and yard lights..but with this tutorial and I found a color photo of tge I structure I might get I put together without pulling out to much hair also any suggestions om string lengths

You got this!! As far as string lengths, I think it's mostly personal preference, but keep them long enough to actually reach each other when the wind blows so the pieces can click-clack with the chimes.

Thank you for taking one for the team! I bought this set, but I am not that tempted to try it anytime soon anymore 😹 I am gonna wait until I really feel like it now.

Hahaha, I hear ya! It took me 11 months after getting the first mold set to even attempt it. 🤣

LOL your struggles sound just like mine when i tried to put mine together. You got the instructions atleast. I was not that lucky. Im so glad im not the only one getting frusterated. but im looking forward to actually making one right , now.... Now to figure out how to attach the top part with the hook to the actual parts.

What a tough build - congrats on working through it.

I think ifl you put ur tog ether differently ur would go together alot faster and away easier I would use a needle and start at the top and work down adding on or piece 'S as you go useing u v. RESIN to glue pieces in place hang the main large circle of so a door knob and it's done easy just try this method it works well for me I never can follow written instructions !!! Better luck next time best of luck !!

Some of the biggest reasons for your resin not hardening include, improper measuring (so, not adding the required amount of one of the components), improper mixing (not mixing the resin fully), adding too much wet ingredients like resin paste or acrylic paint to color the resin), age of your resin (resins do go bad over time, which can cause it to no longer cure properly), and time/temperature. (In colder climates, your resin can take longer to fully cure. Depending on the resin type, it can take up to a month for your resin to cure fully.) Hope that helps!

The mold set I got didn't come with most of the stuff I guess I need. I think I'm going to get a stick and tie them on a stick and call it good lol. So I totally gave up. Thanks for the video but I really need pictures and written step by step directions I guess. I got it part way and had to quit

I love that she showed the difficulties and fails. None of us knew how to put it together. Difficulties comes with crafting.
