You have extra long screws to hold the switch to the plate. There's no room for the thickness of twist ties with the shorty screws on what I have. If you're watching the video it's obvious the plastic piece has to go in first and he had to take it apart to put it in. After multiple attempts using various methods, it was a thin wire that worked for holding things together and still being able to remove it. I also drilled a hole and wired the back end of the pressure plate. That's the critical part that always wants to pop out when you're trying to put it together. What a PITA I finally got it working like new. The problem was the gasket leaking air and now it doesn't.

I like how you cut the film and then put the plastic piece in that you forgot to put in in the beginning lil shady I didn't watch anymore🤨👎

Great video! Thanks os sharing. I have a very similar ressue switch that I need to put back together and this video should really help. One question though. There was a small plastic piece sitting next to the switch cover at 02:40, but not sure where did it go. I did not see you putting that piece in the assembly.

Thank you, I spent a lot of time trying to get this contraption together. Nearly drove myself nuts. Your technique solved the mystery for me. After taking this thing apart and ordering a new switch I realized it was just a simple reset button on the motor. I put it all back together following your technique and all works great. As one of your viewers noted the black plastic piece goes in Pryor to the spring attachment. Plastic ties and vise grips were the secret 👍 Have a backup pressure switch and thorough knowledge of what to do now. 🤬🤬🤬now🥰🥰🥰 Thanks again.
