@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane

I can add it to my list but it won't be a for several weeks. Here is a quick tip. TU is always followed by a verb - TOI is used to talk directly to the person
Yes mam please make a video on different traslation
The lesson is very helpful!! But I had a question. Under what situations would we use quel and under what circumstances do we use quoi instead of quel as they both mean what?
@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane

Quel is followed by a noun. Quel plat est-ce que tu veux? Quoi is the general way of asking. Tu veux quoi?

@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane you mentioned a new lesson when you were refering to Quelle heure est-il in this lesson
Hi dyane,thank you so much for the video. i had a few questions, For 'qui' , can you still use est-ce que? because you did not mention that in the video. for example, can you say: Qu'est-ce que tu es? Also, how do you know when to use 'quel' vs qui/quoi? because both of them can mean 'what' right? Thank you again!
@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane

Yes but it's a bit of a complicated sentence. For example we can say "De qui est-ce que tu parles?" Who are you talking about?
Dear Dylane, your videos are absolutely perfect but it is not easy to follow them in good order, is there any chance you can list them in terms of A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2 ?

Hi :) I have complete courses as playlists if you want, from beginners to advanced :)
Merci pour votre video ! I have read somewhere that the phrase "n'est-ce pas ?" although still taught, is now considered outdated ? If that is right, is there a replacement?
@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane

I wouldn't say outdated, probably more polite for sure. You can always replace it by "non" C'est ton sac, non ? Tu es Italienne, non ? Merci Mike 🙂

There are a few ways. Formal would be Ne vous l'ai-je pas déjà dit ? - Informal Est-ce que je ne te l'ai pas déjà dit. Pourquoi est-ce que vous n'avez pas pu gérer ça ?
Is inverting such as "Que veux-tu" common in French nowadays?
@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane
4 жыл бұрын
It is and it is not. It is in books, paper, exam, test, etc. Anything more formal. For daily life, try to use "est-ce que" or even "quoi" at the end of the sentence

Hello Dylane, after watching you and my other favourite teacher l noticed how my French course is poor although they are French and given by the L'institute Français. So sad. Thank you, the lesson is great but too short unfortunately.

I am sorry it was still short for you 😕 If I make longer videos people don't watch it fully. You know I had a lot of students coming from different institutes around the world and I saw that a lot of them keep a very traditional way to teach, even making it harder sometimes for no reason. I understand that they try to teach an academic French but nobody's goal is to be the next Molière 🤷🏼♀️
@kumludeniz3508

No no you misunderstood Dylane it is not academic it is so shallow even the important things are not taught. Only money oriented courses. You think 11 minutes are long? This subject asking questions with those words and 4 different question types are totally painful and not understandable.
@frenchsolutionx
4 жыл бұрын
@@kumludeniz3508 I think the course length is great for beginner like me, I am saying that based on my experience because Dylane has playlist called most common french verb and some video in that playlist is quit long and when I watching that after 15-20 minute my brain thinking about PINK ELEPHANT, so its better if video is under 20-15 minute long so that we don't get distracted and able to use the lecture properly. Just my thinking as I very much enjoying Dylane classes at this length.
How to ask a question in French I understood but I don't understand one thing which one is formal and informal in sentence please reply me ma'am 😭😍

D'après ce que j'ai recueilli, si une femme cherche un mari potentiel, elle demandera à un homme qu'est-ce qu'il fait dans la vie au début d'une conversation. Si le travail de l'homme révèle qu'il n'est pas une personne à revenu élevé, la femme perdra son intérêt.
