I want to delete the account by regularly transferring only the shared google drive data to the administrator of the archived accounts. how do i do this automatically
when migrate workspace include all services like, sheet, docs, etc?

How about export a user without having to make the account active and then select data export? I would like to export as admin.

When you are migrating an email, whose password are you using? Say email A is a terminated employee and B is the admin who you want to get A's emails

Why is this so difficult - needing to activate Imap and all this crap? Microsoft does this MUCH better

So in my situation we have SSO - meaning I have to either promote the user to super admin (shortcut) or take over/ reset their MFA, then reset any security prompts, log in, go to settings, enable Imap, come out and kick off the backup - if I am pulled away for any reason, reset security prompts. Its just stupidly hard, and they do it so you pay for their archive license - I love google otherwise @@RandallEike
