Han transcurrido dos meses desde que adquirí Google Workspace y estoy aprendiendo su uso, una consulta: cuando indica :"...respaldar y transferir la información de usuarios." ¿Hay que interpretar éste texto como "Realizar una copia de seguridad (back up) y restauración (recovery) de mi Google Workspace? Sólo es para estar seguro ya que estoy por autenticar la dirección de correo electrónico con los registros SPF, DKIM y DMARC, y no soy experto en estos menesteres. Hola Juan, las ediciones de Google Workspace Education Plus tienen disponible el registro de Gmail. Si tienes esta edición, puedes ir a la herramienta de investigación, seleccionar Fuente de datos y elegir Eventos de registro de Gmail. Luego, agrega una condición y selecciona "Para" (Sobre), escribe el nombre del dominio al que se han enviado los correos y haz la búsqueda.

Thanks for the video, but i think there are a problem with groups and you compose a email and send sent it as a group email, because the others members can see the new email en any place. Have you think any solution about it. It thought a filter to resend for the group when you send a email, and the others members in the grop may have a filter to put this incomming email to the "send" folder. The sender have the email duplicated in "Send", but the other members only one. Do you have another better solution?

Fair enough, Wilmark :) Below are the instructions for an existing event: 1) Open Google Calendar and click the event. 2) Click "edit" (the icon that looks like a pencil). 3) At the bottom, in the description box, click "add attachment" (the icon that looks like a paperclip). 4) Choose a file that's already in your Google Drive. To add a file from your computer, click Upload. 5) When you finish, click Select or Upload.

Why is this so difficult - needing to activate Imap and all this crap? Microsoft does this MUCH better

So in my situation we have SSO - meaning I have to either promote the user to super admin (shortcut) or take over/ reset their MFA, then reset any security prompts, log in, go to settings, enable Imap, come out and kick off the backup - if I am pulled away for any reason, reset security prompts. Its just stupidly hard, and they do it so you pay for their archive license - I love google otherwise @@RandallEike
