Joe seems to combine old school ideas as well as new school approach in what he does. I’ve seen him say/do some things that I’ve had to do research on or try and find other KZread clips to work out why you would do something that way. This a very interesting series.

Looks like the LARC controller for a Lexicon digital reverb, and I would guess by the format and the colors, probably a Lexicon 480L.

Clutch Hawks most of what he has there is unnecessary for mixing. Of course it doesn’t hurt if you have all that though.

Its not that complicated once you learn which channel strip is which instrument. Very fun and easy in fact.

Talented guy but I hate what he has done with Tool. David Bottrill gave their music depth and allure, Joe just made them loud and generic.
