UID is when You 1st signup it gave you and Your whole Case is Related to That UID just Check Your email with which you signup You will find it there the UID in inbox same Dataflow dates
Hi , i do have my PSV data flow report in 2015 but my license of optometry DHA had been expired on 2021 due to stop working. Now i want to apply again for my license activate. And DHA has asking me to apply as a new application and data flow report . In PSV data flow i have confused by either I suppose to choose as a create a new case or reissue my report . And in case i have to create my new case i suppose to through the Pakage 2?? If yes then there is still quries that 1- i have to upload only my DHA old license amd DHA good standing certificate or i have to add country license and GOOD standing certificate? 2- i do have total 4 working experience letter either i have to apply all or only woth the last company experience letter ( 4 yrs experience in last company Dubai) ?? Plz reply for my quries

Sir, I’m stuck on the step of data flow, in which passport expiry date… it shows “The Field Expiry Date must be a date” Whereas in that place the date itself has been taken from the passport automatically.

In license attained they only asks to enter in English. No numbers or special characters. IMO it’s asking for latest qualification. As I searched on Google.
