Better do HEC verification first. Rest you can do later on.

1. Experience certificate 2. Home country registration (PMDC) in case of Pakistan 3. Degree and transcript. 4. Passport. You can book your DHA exam without Dataflow also. To get eligibility letter then Positive Dataflow result require.

For Doctor 3 year and allied health 2 year experience. Yes validity of eligibility letter one year but you can extend after one year no need to start from A. But better to convert in license within first year.
