May I ask? I tried renewing my provisional driving licence using online system. I input my BRP number as evidence my identification to prove my residential status but it displays it couldn’t confirm my BRP. My BRP is not outdated then why they can’t confirm my residential status?

Why are you renewing your provisional driving licence? What for actually? You should be renewing your full UK Driving licence and not the provisional 😢

@@naijatvnet1 In D1 form, it’s written I can renew provisional driving licence online using eVisa. But it doesn’t work like it says. I am so angry!!!!! DVLA is telling a lie! I hate online system very often doesn’t work properly in U.K. because in my country, Japan, online system work properly without any small malfunctions.I phone called DVLA and asked why. They said they don’t know.

Provisional driving licence has date of expiration. So we must update it into new one if the licence has expired.

The provisional licence could last for 30yrs. Has yours expired? Pls share your experience with us

@@naijatvnet1 my prov licence expired in 10 years. DVLA sent me a notice to update it at post office immediately. It would be illegal and get fined if I don’t send back the old driving Iicence card to DVLA even if it’s provisional. I immediately updated it at post office.
