Hi Victor, thanks for the great content always. I want to confirm, the payment method is it after you must have used your personal money to fund the whole thing then one is refunded again. An NGO is asking me to go for a UN conference on sustainable development and will only be responsible for my plane ticket to/fro but the payment is after I have used my money and I will be refunded. can you advise if it is worth going since it is not fully funded just the fair

Different conferences have different rules. Contact the convener of the conference you are interested in.

Hi Victor, this is quite interesting. I received an invitation letter for an international conference, which will be held from May 20 to 25/2024. I paid 1500 USD as a registration fee. But I am looking for grants to secure my travel and accommodation. I would like if you could recommend some sources or granters. I really need it.

$1500 as registration fee? That's too high especially if the conference organisers aren't contributing to your travel or accommodation. It is difficult to find random organisations providing funding for conference attendance. Conferences are usually sponsored by the attendees' organisation or the conference organisers themselves.
