Have been going through your page and am having interview today wish me well

I am very grateful to establish that when I am asked about my strengths focus is on Professional strengths and not Personal strengths.

You are very informative. What I find could be a challenge is that sometimes interviewers may not know the the kind of responses they should receive. This is because they may not be aware how such questions are to be answered. Lastly, some organizations interview for formality when they already have a list of those to be considered.
