I'm born in United States, native English speaker, a grown-up, but purely emotionally neglected as a child as well as naturally introverted. So I watch these videos not because I need to learn English but because I need to learn "social skills" and how to handle various social situations. Although I don't necessarily follow "rules", knowing the rules or basics of social manners and how to talk in a way that is more likely to give off a good impression helps with confidence.

Not specifically for luxury brands, but I do have a customer service course.

I can read long articiles and get the main meaning of it . Also does the long conversation. But it is still hard to translate chinese into english.
