ATTENTION FELLOW HOI BOIS: I must raise a great concern. Recently I was in a MP game with a Spain player named Keller. He absolutely melted the french, soviet and us armies with his light tanks. I was suspicious, and so I saved the game, loaded it up in Single player, and what I found shocked me. He had level 1, 2, 3 and 6 generals with EVERY TRAIT IN THE GAME, light tanks with level *99* on all upgrades (instead of the max of 5), ridiculous stats (hacked) etc. I came here to say this: If you see someone named Keller playing Spain (most likely), and has crazy tanks, *HE IS A HACKER*. I have proof, as I took pics of the stats with my phone.

The "views" are collected from multiple servers around the globe. Just like those other statistics. And it doesn't happen instantly or necessarily in the right order. So the various threads on various servers closer to the viewers have to agree on how many people actually viewed a video or liked it or whatever. So it's only roughly accurate erroring a bit on the low side.
