Too much newby practicing airflare focus on strength but ignore the movement. Thx for your tutorial.
Yeah dude, love your tips you give each time you continue the tutorial. (Stretch 30min, handstand, 1000 times a day) And last tip from my side watch this video every day you try to start your practice.
