I maxed out at 16 back in late 2006 and achieved my first airtrack in late 2004. Today it's 2019, over a decade and people still have trouble doing over 10. So if you can do over 10 consistently, in my opinion. You basically are good at air powermoves and have set yourself apart. I believe the max I've seen back in my days was mid 50s.

I normaly do 12-14, my max is 18 and I got over 10 about 4 months ago when i started consistantly training airflares, I don't know why but I set a goal of 20 airflares and i don't think i'll be satisfied until I have acomplished that
