So to help me understand the grid measurements in yardage, each small box is representative of 3 yards ? Thanks for the video, its very helpful 😊

Yes in almost situations that is the case. And you can see the proof on the video. There are some where the grid box will look different when you are closer to the green. Those are a different scale with the grid in total being approx 10y instead of 27. St Andrews 18 does this. You can use the same logic to check the width of a box when you think this might be the case

For crosswind or headwind, yes. For direct tailwind deduct 25%, so use 225
