I am driver with 14 years of experience, recently moved to United States and I am preparing now for my drivers exam. In my opinion it is harder to take the exam when you are already a driver, because people develop some bad habits when do things for a long time, so your videos are so helpful for me to again draw my attention to the most important aspects in driving. I cant express enough how much I love your videos and the positive energy you radiate! ❤

Speed Limits are a political stunt, insurance profitability feature, and and avaricious murder feature. I'm passionate towards traffic infrastructure and life safety features. The problem is none of the NPCs know what the definition of "safety" is. Let alone what's beyond the 5th step of the staircase... 😔 The speed limit is the most broken law in America. I have the opposite problem. I can't get my car to the speed limit because i fear I'll go over the limit. That and as a new driver, I find it hard to determine what is 30, 40 or 50 mph without looking at the speedometer but I am scared to take my eye off the street to check the speed.

work for a traffic data analysis company and speed limits are almost artificial to an extent... they play more on expectation of what speed a road should be vs what is safe for the majority of traffic. The problem comes in when you need to pay more attention to your speed than what is going on around you... if you decide you should not go above 40mph and your car has a fair bit of horsepower, trying to keep it at 40mph can be a taxing affair... and more then that, deviations in the road, inclines ect... all require modulation and you looking at your dash to make sure you are doing 40mph... this is kind of unsafe in and of itself. It is probably better to just drive what feels safe and constantly be aware of your surroundings and if you end up going 50mph in a 40, then yes, slow down... but I wouldn't hate on anyone doing 45 in a 40 because it's a straight road with no obstructions or anything that would indicate to go slower... outside of the sign itself.

@@slapshotjack9806 Speed limits are rigged and have little to no impact on driving. Some speed limits are abysmally slow, especially on free ways. Going below the max speed puts yourself in danger sometimes (Not always) Also she is trusting the speed limit like a blind person, being very conservative and acting like a couple mph over the speed limit endangers everyone, but going at the speed limit she acts like it is completely normal. People will hate you and try to pass you if you are going too slow, even if it is the speed limit.
