In my new sur ron i have take off that orrible plate mount..after the assembly the rear wheel is crocked of 1-2 mmwhen accelerate...what s could it be?

Excellent video, i watched your tutorial to install my 54T Luna sprocket. It’s awesome and I’m loving the extra wheelie torque the sprockets given the bike. Question, are you torquing your axle bolt ? or just tighten real firm and it shall be good enough ?

Yes I torque to 42ftlbs I suggest you put some RTV sealant on the axlenut they like to come loose overtime they wear out you can replace with a front axle nut from a Kawasaki KLX140 also better quality.

I’m tryna do the same exact thing on my ron but I noticed you have a slightly bigger sprocket so it’s a bit different from my stock Ron cause the chain tension and stock sprocket so damn idk man I’m stuck I’m tryna make my rear as straight as possible

Just make sure both sides are the same and it should align fine. Also when you tighten the axle make sure the blocks are pressing on the bolts. A trick is to stick a rag between the sprocket and chain before tightening it. The size of the sprocket shouldn't matter as long as you are adjusting and measuring the slack right.

What back tyre do you User, are you happy with that?

It is a Shinko Trials tire and I am pretty happy with it, it's a good dual sport tire. It came with my Light Bee the previous owner installed it.

The Manual Said 10-15mm Up and down, u measured just "up-distance". Other than that good tutorial Video👍

I understand this video is old but I wanted to point out, your first measurements of the chain slack were off because the chain was sagging above. You need to turn the wheel to straighten the chain above the sprockets so all the sag is at the bottom for an accurate measurement. I also found that tightening the axle changes the chain slack a surprising amount. But with repetition and small adjustments it will fall into spec.

Yeah I usually take several measurements and take the average. And yes when you torque the axle the chain will tighten so I make my final adjustments with the axle torques. Not a big fan of the adjusters on this bike I wish it had the snail/ratcheting type adjuster.
