Does it update if you double click on the source in OBS and refresh the cache?

Hey man love your videos super helpful. My OBS just gives me a black screen when trying to upload the stream starting soon. I've uploaded the browser to OBS, made a new scene etc. So puzzled why it won't load

idk why but the second i opened the thing to edit where the social things where the sight started taking up 36% of my cpu and the sight runs at like 1 fps anyone know how i could fix that?

Does it still run that much after importing it into obs and closing the chrome tab?

i signed in with my twitch and then added kick, it still says platform: twitch on the botrix site is that okay?

On the BotRix site, you only need to make sure you set your main platform for when you're making changes to that platform's settings :D

None of the links work from owned to obs. I tried every scene and did them all via browser, new source, etc. Just black screens :( so frustrating. Does it not work for free anymore or?

It's still free. I'd recommend contacting their support to see what's going on with yours specifically

Has OBS changed? It doesn't give me the option to freely move things like webcam and chat box? I have to type co-ordinates and guess where it needs to go

nope! should still be the same, there might be a setting in the general tab that was accidentally checked for you tho, not 100% sure on that

how do i check my follow alert is working it was a few days ago but when i get follows now it doesnt come up in the chat ?

I'd recommend posting inside the botrix discord and the team can look from their end (own3d pro doesn't have kick alerts integration yet so their alert box will not work for kick currently)

Is there no plugin for obs anymore? could have sworn one of your vids there was a plugin…. Great vid!

there no more plugins just scenes if you had the plugin before it got removed it saves me a lot more FPS. But the scenes are way more customizable

Sounds like you need to choose a different encoder under your OBS output settings
