I'm a big fan of sparkle, so when I went to the Andy Warhol Museum and saw that he mixed diamond dust into some of the inks in his prints, I knew I wanted to try it into my work too. My War Paint portrait of Steven Wayne, a fabulous Cher impersonating Las Vegas drag queen, seemed like the perfect choice! In this video, I'll show you how I create my diamond-dust edition prints, and also talk a bit about the process of how to make and sell prints of your work.

@@jotimage I don't think I knew about diamond dust then, but I definitely used an assortment of everything sparkly I could find!

What did you use as the glue? Also do you put anything on after to protect the diamond glitter?

I use clear acrylic gel medium, and nothing after.
