Thank you. After many searches and queries the manufacturers of my laptop and printer I found your video on installing a printer. It appears that a Windows 11 update had messed with my settings. Thank you again.

I have a Canon Pixma 240 and I was able to get the driver, but it won't send files to the printer. - "Printer Not responding" - It seemed to be able to run diagnostics and say everything was OK, except for this problem. I am wondering if I might be able to try compatibility mode for a printer?

Thank you so much! You saved me so much trouble. Windows 11 did not recognize my Canon ip100 printer no matter what I did, so I followed your instructions and downloaded new printer drivers and then it worked. *does a happy dance*

Ooooo....currently experiencing that on the same printer, It's rejecting my "network security key", which I'm told is supposed to just be my wifi password. Ugh.

I am using canon pixma g6070, and installed windows 11 arm by parallels desktop. Can printer be added in this way? Also, how can I install the Canon apps (such as MP driver, ij scan utility, easy photo print…etc) in Windows 11 ARM?

The day I got my printer, I was super excited. I had to set it all up and there is an ad that I had to download on my phone, but it works great for copying printing ect I am super excited to have this printer because I’ve already gotten my ink cartridges in 100 more pages of printer paper. The company is actually holding up to their end of the bargain. I get six months free ink, super excited to be owner of this printer would highly recommend it to people that stay at home. Want to print off photos emails copy machine

I have an old version of canon2900 and I have followed the rules which you advice but My laptop couldnt find my printer as it is an old version.

Hello, I have an MP280 that has been converted CISS, I've installed the drivers for it but when it prints, the yellow becomes green the the blue becomes violet. I wonder how I can fix this. This is on Windows 11. God bless, Rev. 21:4

The Add Printer form hasn't been touched by microsoft since window 3.11! Still using a "Have Disk..." button in 2022. Unreal!
